research.

BarrettWells Credit Research is an
international credit management resources outfit, hosted by Ron Wells. The
excellent web site, at
www.barrettwells.co.uk, has free access, and provides a wide
range of useful resources for the credit professional, not least the extensive
page of links to other websites.

The three main credit rating agencies are Standard
& Poor's, Moody's Investor Services, and Fitch IBCA; their websites can be
found at www.fitchibca.com, www.moodys.com ,
and www.sandp.com respectively.

Association, at
www.energycredit.org, provides a forum for debate for those
involved in the energy credit industry, both directly and indirectly,
principally at its well-attended conferences held both in the USA and
